- Responsible for the performance of a variety of duties in finance administrative support including:
- Posting of daily transaction of Paint Marketing Company, debtor’s aging, preparing cheque, bank reconcile, credit and debit note.
- Administrative duties include review and processing sales team reimbursements payment.
- To assist immediate superior in handing confidential document within his / her scope of responsibility.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Skill: Preparing and producing documents and spreadsheets and using Microsoft Words & Excel will be necessary.
- Preferable at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
